Coming down the mountain

A very brief update today to let folks know I'm finally on the move again, after I'm not sure how many days in the town of Manali, at the end of the breathtaking Kullu Valley. I even have my plane ticket out of India in hand, as of a few minutes ago.

In an hour, I'll be catching a Super Deluxe bus down to Delhi (mere Deluxe buses don't have heat, and I felt like I at least deserved that for my ~12 hour ride, though I resisted the temptation of the Super Duper Deluxe Bus, where the seats recline completely flat!). After a couple last days in Delhi, I'll catch a Malaysia Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur on the 6th, and slowly make my way up the peninsula to Bangkok by the 21st, when I fly back to SFO.

Anyway, gotta dash back up the hill to get checked out and all that in time for the bus. Lots more about Manali and all the cool people I've met once I get to a net cafe in Delhi with a fast enough connection for photos.
